What we do. We help you get through the frustration of technology, computers, cameras, Nintendo Wii, TIVO, cell phones, modems, routers and printers.
We know there are lots of people including the 7 year olds who just whiz through the use of today's computer technology. The problem is that not everyone finds it that easy. We are here to help. Our forte is not only knowing how to use software and computers to accomplish many tasks, but knowing how to explain it without a lot of vocabulary that we call Geek Speak. If you want someone to take the time to explain in words and concepts you understand, just how to use technology to make you proficient in today's world of computers, internet and email...we have the skill to do that.
Some of our clients just gave up on courses that were too technical or DVD's that didn't allow you to ask them to explain in simpler terms. Also most of us don't have the time to listen to material that we already know. We want the distilled version that covers what we don't know.
